🌍 Planet Management Guide

🏠 Your Starting Planet

Every commander begins their empire with a single Homeworld. This is your foundation world with balanced resource production and moderate surface capacity.

📊 Planet Stats Overview

Surface Capacity (SC)

Surface Capacity represents how much infrastructure the planet can physically support. Upgrading it costs TUs, and each TU grants +10 SC (?)You can adjust the SC-per-TU value in your admin settings later if balancing is needed..

Housing

Workers need housing to operate districts. Housing is empire-wide but built per-planet.

🏗 Districts

Districts are the backbone of your empire. Each one takes SC and workers (housing), and produces resources per TU.

🌍 Planet Types & Production Modifiers

Each planet type modifies your district production. This allows specialized worlds and optimized empires.

Asteroid Belt30000.80.31.30.8
Orbital Habitat30000.81.30.30.8
System Planet40000.80.80.80.8

Final production = (districts × base output × race modifier × planet modifier)

💡 Example Calculation

You have 100 Mining Districts on a Moon.
Base: 100 metal per TU
Moon modifier: 0.8
Race bonus: +20% → 1.2

Final per TU = 100 × 0.8 × 1.2 = 96 metal per TU.
